1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and elvori ("elvori," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the elvori website, located at libertydefense.us, together with any related features, messaging tools and services (collectively, the "Service"). This dating site user agreement applies to every visitor, registered member and browser of the Service.

By accessing the Service, creating an account, or clicking any button that routes you to registration, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms supersede any prior oral or written understanding between you and elvori regarding the subject matter contained here. We may offer the Service in English only, and the English-language version of these Terms governs in the event of any discrepancy with a translated copy.

2. Eligibility, Age Verification and Account Responsibilities

2.1 Eligibility and Age Verification

The Service is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. elvori may request age confirmation at registration and may use automated or manual checks, including selfie-based photo verification where a member copies a requested pose on camera for comparison against profile photography, to help confirm that an account belongs to a real, eligible adult. elvori reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where there is reasonable belief that the age representation is false.

2.2 Account Registration

To use most features of the Service you must create an account and provide accurate, current and complete information, including a working contact method used for login and account recovery. You agree to promptly update your account information if it changes and not to create an account using a name, photograph or identity that is not genuinely your own. Impersonation of another person, whether real or fictitious, is prohibited.

2.3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized that activity. You agree to notify elvori promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. elvori is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. Each person may maintain only one active account; duplicate or sock-puppet accounts may be merged, suspended or removed without notice.

3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

elvori grants you a limited right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes connected to meeting and communicating with other adult members. You agree to use the Service respectfully, lawfully and in a manner consistent with these Terms. In the interest of keeping the community genuine and safe, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Impersonating another person, organization, or elvori staff member, or creating a profile using someone else's photos or identity without consent.
• Harassing, threatening, stalking, or sending unwanted sexually explicit material to another member.
• Using the Service to solicit money, gifts, financial information, or any commercial transaction from another member.
• Scraping, crawling, data-mining or using bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorized technical means to access, copy or extract profile data or messages.
• Sending unsolicited advertising, affiliate links, referral schemes or bulk/spam messages to other members.
• Uploading, posting or transmitting unlawful content, content that infringes another party's rights, or sexual images of any person without that person's informed consent.
• Attempting to circumvent, disable or interfere with security-related features of the Service, including identity verification, rate limits or reporting tools.
• Using the Service while under the age of 18, or assisting a person known to be under 18 to access the Service.

elvori provides in-platform tools to block and report members whose conduct violates these Terms; reporting a profile or a conversation is designed to take only a couple of taps from the relevant screen. We reserve the right, but do not assume any obligation, to review reported content, to moderate, remove or restrict any profile or message, and to cooperate with law enforcement where we have a good-faith belief that conduct is unlawful. Repeated or serious violations of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in suspension or permanent termination of the offending account at elvori's discretion.

4. Free Browsing, Subscriptions and Billing Disclaimer

Registration and core browsing on elvori - including creating a profile, setting search filters and viewing photo-verified members in your area - are provided free of charge. elvori does not require payment information to create a basic account or to browse the Service.

elvori may, from time to time, offer optional enhanced features on a paid basis. Where any paid feature is offered, its scope, duration and renewal mechanics will be clearly disclosed to you, together with the applicable consent step, before any charge is applied to your chosen payment method. elvori does not enroll members into a paid feature automatically or without an affirmative action on your part. We do not publish specific prices, promotional rates, refund amounts or guarantees in these Terms, as any such commercial terms are presented separately at the point of purchase and may change over time.

You are responsible for reviewing any purchase screen carefully before confirming payment and for managing or cancelling any recurring feature through your account settings or the payment provider used at checkout. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us using the details in Section 8 so we can investigate.

5. Intellectual Property and Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, layout, graphics, the elvori name and logo, and all underlying technology, is owned by elvori or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, elvori grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for its intended personal purpose. No other rights are granted, and you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

Any content you submit to the Service, such as profile photographs, bios and messages ("User Content"), remains yours. By submitting User Content, you grant elvori a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you and to other members as intended by the relevant feature.

5.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. elvori does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that any defect will be corrected, or that use of the Service will result in any match, conversation, relationship or other particular outcome. Verification badges and moderation tools reduce, but do not eliminate, the risk of inaccurate profiles.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

6.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, elvori and its officers, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service, including interactions with other members, whether based on contract, tort, negligence or any other legal theory, even if elvori has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, elvori's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the minimum amount permitted by that law.

6.2 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless elvori and its officers, employees and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your User Content, your violation of any law, or your interaction with another member of the Service, including any in-person meeting arranged through the Service.

7. Termination, Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

7.1 Termination of Accounts

elvori may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misrepresented your age or identity, engaged in prohibited conduct, or created risk or legal exposure for elvori or other members. You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination - including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification - will continue to apply.

7.2 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

If a dispute arises between you and elvori, we encourage you to first contact us informally using the details in Section 8 so that we can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within a reasonable period, either party may pursue the dispute through the courts or other dispute-resolution forum of competent jurisdiction applicable to the parties, and these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where elvori operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.

8. Changes to These Terms and Contact Information

elvori may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the Service. Your continued access to or use of the Service after any revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may close your account.
